Anurak Community Lodge is located in Surat Thani province, about an hour drive from Surat Thani International Airport. The lodge is situated on a 6-hectare palm plantation, which provides shade and privacy for the guests. The lodge is also adjacent to Khao Sok National Park, which covers an area of over 700 square kilometres and contains some of the oldest rainforest in the world. The park is home to a variety of flora and fauna, including elephants, gibbons, hornbills, orchids and rafflesia. The park also features stunning natural attractions, such as limestone cliffs, waterfalls, caves and lakes. Anurak Community Lodge is designed for the environmentally conscious traveller who seeks comfort and simplicity. The lodge offers 20 rooms across 12 bungalows and two safari-style tents1. Each room or tent is equipped with air conditioning, a private balcony or terrace, a safety box and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
