The Pavilions Himalayas, The Farm, lies in a quiet valley outside Pokhara, framed by forested hills and terraced farmland. Its villas are spread across a working organic farm, built with stone and earth using local techniques, and powered by hydroelectricity and solar. Each villa includes a private terrace, open-plan living space, and views of the surrounding peaks when the skies are clear.
Meals are served in a central dining pavilion, with most ingredients sourced from the farm: seasonal vegetables, herbs, eggs, and dairy. Guests can walk through the fields or join the farmers during planting or harvesting. A small spa offers Ayurvedic treatments using Himalayan botanicals, and the infinity pool overlooks rice paddies and forest. There are guided walks into the hills, yoga sessions in the open-air shala, and visits to local villages coordinated with nearby schools and cooperatives.
