There are 13 one-bedroom villas (400 square meters), two two-bedroom villas (700 square meters) and one presidential villa (1100 square meters). All villas have king-size beds with mosquito nets, en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, walk-in closets, living rooms with sofas and desks, dining rooms with tables and chairs, kitchens with fridges, microwaves, and minibars, and outdoor areas with pools, jacuzzis, sun loungers, and dining pavilions. The presidential villa also has a study, a library, a gym, and a private beach.
